Community Guidelines

Gajamudra is a place for India's mutual fund investors to share research, ask questions and learn together. These guidelines keep it useful, respectful and safe.

Important: Everything members post is the author's own opinion - not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation, and it is not endorsed or verified by Gajamudra. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme documents and consult a SEBI-registered adviser before investing.

Who can post

  • Any registered member can create posts, comment, like, follow and save.
  • New members' first posts are reviewed before they appear; trusted members publish instantly.
  • You're responsible for everything you post under your account.

What we encourage

  • Data-backed insights, genuine questions, and respectful discussion about funds, stocks and strategy.
  • Citing sources - link the fund, stock or data you're referring to.
  • Crediting others: when you remix a Gajamudra blog, the attribution stays on your post.

What's not allowed

  • Guaranteed-return claims, tips, or "sure-shot" calls. No promises of profit.
  • Soliciting money, running schemes, or collecting funds from other members.
  • Spam, repetitive promotion, misleading or manipulated data, or impersonation.
  • Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or sharing others' private information.
  • Pump-and-dump coordination or any market manipulation.
  • Unlawful content or anything that violates SEBI / AMFI regulations.

Verified badges

A verified badge (member or distributor) confirms a member's identity - and, for distributors, a valid AMFI ARN. It is not an endorsement of their views, performance, or any product. Distributors must clearly act within SEBI/AMFI conduct rules and must not use the platform to solicit business or guarantee outcomes.

Reporting & enforcement

  • Use the report (⚑) action on any post or comment that breaks these rules.
  • We may hide content, remove posts, revoke badges, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
  • You can block any member to stop seeing their content.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, but grant Gajamudra a licence to display and distribute it on the platform. By posting, you confirm you have the right to share it. These guidelines work alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
